Feelin' Jolly...

I don't know about y'all, but I am getting in the mood for Christmas something fierce. I don't necessarily want to put my tree up yet, but I am dyin' to watch elf and NONE of my neighbors seem to own it. Whaaaa....

I also feel like I'm cheating on my beloved Fall, who seems to have already passed me by. I guess I will enjoy my Fall decor for another week or so, and work on some Christmas versions of this.

Tell me, are y'all as ready for Christmas as I am, or have you already been playing Christmas carols and decking your halls?? I am crazy?? Certifiable?? Ready for the loony bin??

I'm seriously past fall and into Christmas already. I've watched miracle on 34th street and Elf already... I know, I know, it's not right! But somebody has to do it!

Don't be a cotton picking ninny muggens(great line from Elf) jump on the Christmas train sister!

Oh man... I adore ELF. I own it and have already watched it about five times... my children are so sick of it but I keep begging them to let me watch it.

Will Farrel has me at hello.

I am feeling ready for Christmas too! Usually I'm not into it until after Thanksgiving.
Elf has become part of our Christmas tradition! Every year after we get back from cutting down our Christmas tree we watch Elf while we wait for the tree to acclimate to the indoors.
So so funny! The part where he gives his Dad the red satin leingere cracks me up every time!
