Losing weight the Wal-Mart way??

I think the writers of this article have it a little wrong. Likely, the reason people have experienced weight loss shopping at Wal-Mart is the placement of goods. Ever been in one section only to find that where you thought the item would be is clear across the store?? Yeah, me too. Anyway, if you want to read the article you can find it here.
I plan to post something yummy later on so come back.

I just saw that article on Yahoo, Super Target is the same way! You have to walk all over creation to get your goods! I don't mind so much, I have a few pounds to lose! HaHa!

BTW, you are really pretty!

Ha! yes, so true Elise! I hate when I am just about done shopping there and realize that I forgot something. I have to trek a mile just to go get it!

Hi Elise...
I was at Walmart one time getting wrapping paper and need tape to go with it...I looked ALL over for the tape and it was on the other side of the store! I told the manager there-"you know you would sell alot more tape if you put it by the wrapping paper" He was so amazed by this concept he took me to the front of the store and asked me what he should stock there as customers walked in! Too funny! BUT there is now tape near the wrapping paper and in the supplies at my Walmart! :)
I'm still working on the stocking swap-Needed a break!

They are constantly moving stuff! So annoying! However, I don't think it will help with weight loss...at least not in my case because I swear I walk all over my house as much as I walk at Wal-Mart. My body is just used to it! LOL

You may walk and lose weight, but it will probably be because your pocket book will be lighter since you will be putting things in your cart as you go along! Ok, well that's me. Maybe others have more self control!
