A Ray of HOPE

Our agent got together with the lender on Monday to see if there was any other programs or plans out there for us. There is a rural development something or another program out there. The agent sent my husband another contract to sign and they are sending it to the seller as well. If all goes well we should close the end of the month. Our agents told us to be cautiously optimistic. This actually works out to be a better deal for us, than the previous one. We will be praying a lot!!

Well it's great that your realtor is working so hard on this house for you. I pray that this will all come to an end for you and you can finally be HOME.

Well look at us in similiar boats! Is this a great week for real estate or what?! We just listed our house this week and I am freaking out, the financial world is such a mess! You make me feel so much better though, that there really are people buying houses out there. Thanks! Oh, don't worry about the delay in posting the swap, the deadlines always kill me. I am glad you like your package!
