Tiny Cream Cheese Biscuits

Joanna at This Southern Girl's Nest is hosting a recipe sharing series, What's For Dinner Thursdays. I wanted to share this recipe with y'all. These little cream cheese biscuits are so good and only require 3 ingredients!! Woohoo!!

Tiny Cream Cheese Biscuits
1{8-ounce} package cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup self-rising flour
Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add flour, beating at low speed just until blended.
Spoon dough into ungreased mini muffin pans, filling full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
I love to serve these little biscuits with pear or strawberry perserves. Yum!!
Recipe from Southern Living Easy Weeknight Favorites.

Those sound so easy to fix. I fix regular buttermilk ones but these would be good for something quick during the week when working all day. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Hi Elise,
Thanks for stumbling across my blog and for your sweet comment. I wanted to let you know that I didn't think you sounded like a spaz! LOL.
Oh and your cream cheese biscuits look wonderful and I have all 3 ingredients. I'm glad I came over to say hi!
Blessings to you.

Oh, these are so good! I used to make them all the time when I was a Southern Living at Home consultant but had forgotten about them. Thanks for the reminder. Have you ever tried the ribs from that cookbook? Everyone I make them for or pass the recipe on to loves them.

I love your blog and can't wait to catch up reading your other posts.

Blessings, Suzanne
